The double upper rising block as seen in Kata gojushiho, is not a block, really, or a removal of a choke. It however is one of those strikes I mentioned before. Most people throw it way too high. Now how did I forget Gojushiho/Ueseishi sho and dai?

Many Shorin styles do versions of these.

Wonderful kata that it is, it is said to contain many secrets of Okinawan combat. It is also said to be a Chinese form, Take your pick.:-)
