furyus, welcome. im starting on the path as well. i started in october and didnt do anything special to get ready and i am "below adverage condition" as well. i figured the most he could do was to kill me and the Navy couldn't do it :lol: so i figured i was safe from most. :roll:

so is a conditioning stick like a pad or post that you strike or is it something you use to strike you or your partner kind of like pounding arms or leg conditioning to build up tolerance?
