If I am to take you literally, then this must be a place to study any of the do arts. But I'm wondering if you mean dojo in the literal or the metaphorical sense.

It's been a few years, but I believe what he is pointing at is either the Engineering section of Kadena Air Base or the Cop Shop... Kevin? How the heck did you get this picture? This is supposed to be blanked out by Sattalite to the public..Even though the Chinese regularly take pics from "Spy Hill" we don't want to help them..

I was at work when I finally figured this out. The image on the top of that building is good, but not great. It's missing a key feature and oriented in a way that your eye plays tricks on you when viewing it.

I sort of kind of cheated, although I won't reveal how. ;)
