VHS Training Tapes

Postby Glenn » Thu Oct 20, 2016 4:16 pm

Way back when, I built up a decent collection of MA training tapes on VHS, mostly from George and Tsunami Video. However my VHS/DVD combo player stopped working almost two years ago and I replaced it with a Blu-Ray player, but that means I will likely never get to view the VHS training tapes again...unless I take them to a service that can copy them to DVD, but then copyright issues arise. Has anyone else also found themselves with a once prized collection of MA tapes that can no longer be viewed?

I anticipated this problem many years ago and purchased the first vhs - dvd copy machine back in the early 90s. Was able to transfer all my vhs tapes to digital. Many of them are now offered on the uechi store as dvds.
