I think the best use of it to et the feeling of sinking into the rear leg and pushing from it as you move forward.
All my guys look at me as though I am from another planet when we do this.
But, since I don't actually "know" push hands well enough to teach it (well I don't feel comfortable anyway) this will have to do.
As noted there are at least five different ways to do push hands just from one Yang Style Teacher: 1. Free style 2. single hand 4. four corner 5. two versions of Moving Push hands.
1-3 I can sort of stumumble through. I am lost a bit on 4 and totally lost on 5.
