Glasheen Sensei et al.,

I have placed a large mpeg (1.8 meg) on the Kyusho forum to help understand there are no stupid or silly moves in Kata. Just the understanding and apearance may be strange, but in my experience with Kata and Kyusho it is often the dumbest looking moves that are the most potent...Please come check the out.

This is a prelude to a joint venture that Glasheen Sensei and I are doing to breakdown Kata Suparempi into real and workable Kyusho defence.
