Hey folks!

If you're in the vicinity this Saturday, October 16th, PLEASE stop by the "New & Improved"tm Khoury's Karate Academy for our Grand Re-opening!!

It's a REAL old-fashioned Open House with FREE food, beverages, gifts, prizes and is an excellent chance to meet a lot of old Uechi friends.

Festivites begin at noon and should run throughout the day. Call or email for details, or just stop by! We'd love to have you help us celebrate our new beginning!

See you there!

Gary

Sensei:

Thank you so much! As always, we will be honored to host you at our school!

We are DIRECTLY across the street from our old dojo. For you, best bet is to find your way to Rte 495 and head North. Take Exit 38/Rte. 38 and go LEFT off of the ramp. We're exactly 1 mile up on your right hand side. Look for the ballons and banners!

Looking forward to seeing you and sharing a few laughs and a few thoughts. Any time between 12:30 and 3 will be fine.

Respectfully,

Gary

PS:

Hope all of you within striking distance will also attend!

Congratulations on the grand opening of your new dojo, Gary.

I am interested in seeing the dojo of one of New England's premier fighting instructors. I'll definitely be there Saturday and will pass that info along to my students along with directions for them to get there. You have my support.

Gary

Congratulations on this special event. I'll be here at home entertaining a few folks who are coming home from college on fall break (to do karate). But I'll be there in spirit.

Gary,
I might be able to pop by this Sat at around 3-ish. How far are you from, say, Attleboro?

Hey, thanks for all the well-wishes, folks!

Raffi: Where the HELL is Attleboro? If it's by the other "boros", it's probably between 45 mins and 1 hour from our school.

George-sensei: Was that "workout" you said? I would love to put a training session together! How about 3ish when the official festivites begin to die down?

Let me know and I'll fire up the troops!

Looking forward to seeing you all!

Gary

Attleboro is on the RI border, on I-95. It's about 45 - 60 min. from Boston. Tewksbury (I guess) is about 30 min North of Boston.

Gary,

Best wishes and congratulations again on the new Dojo. Alas.... won't be there. My wife is away for the weekend so I will be home with the kids.

An emissary is on the way on my behalf.

Best to you,

david

Raffi - Gene is right on the money. It took me a little less than 90 minutes to reach Gary's from Middleboro via I-495. Regards, Steve

Hope you're all coming!

And bring your gis!

We've decided to train together sometime between 2:30 and 3!

No better way to fire up the new school then with a little workout, right?!

See you there!

Thanks (I guess?!) Shelly!

Actually, I'm 74 years old! Sanchin keeps me looking young!

Regarding the web page, SERIOUS PC problems have kept me from updating the site for almost 2 months!

As soon as we have our online (and offline) problems fixed look for a whole new site design and format and lots of new pics, too!

In the meantime, please think about visiting if you're ever around our way!

Gary-san

Checked your web page (very nice) out yesterday. Have to say I was expecting someone much older. Anyway I trust you will be posting some pictures from this grand opening workout for those of us who can't be there! Nice way for us to see the new dojo and perhaps start putting some faces with the names.
