The next regional workout is tentatively scheduled for September 18 in Fredricksburg, VA. Doug Bleaker sensei will host it in his dojo from 11AM to 2PM. A small donation may be made to cover refreshments after the workout.

Fredricksburg is about 30 to 45 minutes south of DC. If anyone needs directions, email me at UechiRich@aol.com.

Another great Mid Atlantic Regional workout was held in Fredricksburg on 9/18 at Doug Bleaker sensei's dojo. In addition to Doug, John Carria sensei of Alexandria and Nestor Folta sensei of Annandale VA led a spirited class session.
