Just thought I'd put up a notice here that I will be visiting Bill and Rich's group in Richmond on March 10th.
We will be focusing on Filipino techniques and drills such as FOOTWORK, empty handed knife defenses, and some stick sparring with full gear.
Should be fun! I know I'm looking forward to it.
