Bridget over the past fifteen years had offered free classes to many young Mikmaq and who are struggling with university and being away from their Reserves, Their only tuition is to be drug and alcohol free, Bridget has made the same offer to many Dartmouth and Halifax youth who are not Aboriginal,

Even though other Boxing shows rely heavily on the sale of alcohol to support the cost of putting on a successful Boxing card Bridget has decided to continue to keep in Boxing Gym alcohol and Drug free! There will be refreshments and food available for those who wish to
Purchase it, we tell our youth to say no to drugs, we tell our youth to say no to alcohol!

Not only is she beautiful and talented boxer with fastest hands I have ever seen...but she is indomitable, faithful, supportive, extremely intelligent, great public speaker...very altruistic...and she would throw herself on a grenade to save family and friends.
