posting video to a web site

posting video to a web site

I have a web site through comcast and wanted to post my sanchin video on it, but I can't seem to get it to play. Used front page and inserted a video but after I FTP it is just a non functional icon. Any sugesstions?

If you post a link to the site, folks can look at your source code and see what might be wrong.

Otherwise, it's hard to speculate.
