video viewing problem.

I actually have TWO "video viewing" problems.
1. The first comes when I try to open the video clips from the Uechi home page I get a message that says page can not be displayed. Then when I click solve I get the info that says.
"file server. uechi-ryu.com" is not set up to establish a connection on port "World Wide Web Service(HTT))" with this computer.
2. The second problem comes when Opening video clips from Dave Motts web page (http://www.compass360.com/coldmountain/level0.htm)
It opens a window but no video will appear. Just a box in the upper left hand corner that looks like square tiangle and circle.
ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS? THANKS
