What brought these forums down and what generates the "Internal Server Error"?

Harry upgraded the server that hosts the forums. (Uechi-ryu.com is on another server)
There has been a couple of problems that caused the forum server to be down for various periods of time. Harry solves them as they occur. Hopefully this latest will be the last.
Please be patient during this upgrade. The speed of access is well worth the few outages experienced during the changeover.
