Cable routers

For the longest time my linksys cable router hasn't been working. You can't reach their tech support and the cable ISP offers no assistance.
CompUSA carries a very inexpensive cable router which also works with DSL. At one point, the directions failed to get there from here and I called the manufacturer of the new cable modem. They were reachable in less than a 5-minute wait and got me past the hurdle fast by trying alternative methods.
The bottom line is they were there when I needed technical support, something linksys was unable to do.
The router? I almost forgot. I highly recommend SpeedStream -- much, much cheaper than linksys and they provide tech support as well.
