Training methods we live through

Few years ago I took surgical tubing and fastened it to heel of a sandle. My intention was to strengten my kicks using resistance from behind. It worked well until the stake it was secured to decided to launch a "rear attack' during a series of front kick reps.
Be thankful people that I was not involved in the design of "Bowflex"
