People with cerebral palsy and other handicapps I've heard of this brain gym. Where they give people exercises with hand movements and when you cross the plain of center they use the other side of the brain. I've always wanted to write a book showing hand tech. that would help people and maybe get many arts involved. Much to learn from all katas very much. Maybe someone will write a book on this. nos
