For five minutes
For ninety-five
Stand in the third row or don't stand in any rows at all
Leave your worries at the door
Drop your breathing into your belly
Forget about what you don't know or what you forgot
Focus on the moment, on your body, your breathing, your movements
Then focus on nothing and let your partner, the room, the world look at you.
Train.
Train hard.
Sweat.
Sweat hard.
Breathe.
Breathe hard.
Train.
