If you come to the regular class on Tuesday, Vicki, we can do some of this stuff. The roll-around-the-floor stuff really is very simple, sort of like junbi undo with a free weight. Going down and up and down and up again while holding the weight is a bit more challenging, but I know you're up to it. In spite of what you tell everyone, you really are an exceptional athlete.
And I think your shoulder will like it. It's low on the stress and high on range of motion and whole-body coordination.
