Shooter's family suing city!

Heard on the radio tonight that the family of one of the boys at Calibine (sp) Colorodo, was suing the city for not stopping their son before he committed the crime!!!!

Must have been a very creative lawyer who saw an opportunity to make a buck. God bless our legal system. . .
