When doing the double arm thrust drill, elevate the arms slightly to the sanchin arm position after 5 or 6 double thrusts. Just keep that thrusting rhythm going as you change arm levels. You want the same feeling when doing the sanchin thrust as you have in the double arm thrust. Keep it going for a good number of thrusts. Your sanchin thrust will begin to "take off". Hold on to it, because it will feel different to you. Do this drill. Let me know the results please. -------Happy Trails-------- Art Rabesa
