Just thought I'd toss this out there...

..If it's out of line, just let me know and I'll delete it.

As many of you know, I sell knives and swords. (At least I used to)
Though for the last year or so, just for fun really.
The market I was dealing in has been usurped by cheap Chinese imports...

I was recently contacted by a new wholesaler who deals with just about all of the major and minor manufacturers.
I was planning to let my wholesale license lapse, so in fact I am expecting to have the California Board of Equalization send me the "evil letter" telling me that due to no revenue, etc..etc..

Anyhow, what this means is, if you are in the market for a blade, and want the Uechi-ryu forums super discount (I.e., I'll make it as close to cost as possible) now is the time.

So, bad news, I'm giving up the sword trade, (But not the sword.)
If anything, I'll just remain an appraiser for art quality pieces or shinken. (Live blades)

The good news is that my wife is starting a hobby business making Japanese traditional custom handmade sword and weapons bags.
She just made one for me using an antique Obi.
Sweet!
She is truly an artist.

If anyone is interested in either items, please PM me.

Mmm...On the swords and knives, probably the sooner the better.
I am certain that the state will be sending me the evil letter any day now, but until then, I can still order wholesale.
I can pretty much get anything, so let me know what you wish.

On the sword/weapons bags, no time limit, as these take at least a month to make each, and of course there is the process of chosing fabric, style, details such as crest, monogram, etc..
