Book: Uechi-ryu 2000 - Master's Edition by Allen L. Moulton

Post by RickLiebespach »

Greetings from Florida, Home of Scorced Earth Land Development, Inc.
(or something like that)

I heard sometime ago, with great saddness, that Allen Moulton died. (If Allen is alive, I will greatly rejoice!)

I was wondering if anyone knows how to contact Allen's family? I have a question about the materials Allen created, that became Uechi-ryu 2000, and it's accompaning video?

Thank you,

Rick,

Let me know what info you need, I have Moulton's Book and Video. I can bring it up to you on a Monday or Friday at the rec. center.

Chris,
I appreciate the offer... Actually, I also have both Allen's book and video. What I'm hoping for is to make contact with Allen's family, in hope that the original documents (electronic - Word Docs or whatever was used) and video, still exist. And if they do, I'm hoping that the family would grant me access to them, so I could convert them into a format I could use on my PDA.

Or at the very least, be given permission to scan the book into a PDF, and convert the VHS tape, into MPEG or some other format that my Palm Pilot understands.

BTW - Did I hear right that Sensei Washington now has a dojo in Plant City... or is that just a rumour?

Thanks,
Rick

I don't know if this is still accurate. But worth a try.

Possibly a whitepages search might help also.

I know Al cleaned house quite a bit and tossed a lot of stuff. Several years of Dan tests as well he had filmed. Might be a slim chance to get what you are looking for. Good luck.
