“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who had practiced one kick 10,000 times.”
― Bruce Lee
For those experts in Karate, do you feel that Bruce Lee is correct about fearing the man who practiced one kick a gazillion times? Does it cause problems with being too narrow focused?

Re: What Bruce Lee Feared
One thing, in my experience, skills can get rusty fast if I stop practicing. If I try to learn a thousand karate moves and neglect the first skill I learn, I can easily forget how to do it. Practicing just one kick will guarantee that I will know that kick very well.
