During classes, people were discussing about hydrogen infused water so I decided to put down my thoughts on it. In according to the National Library of Medicine, preliminary results in clinical trials and studies are encouraging but more studies are needed. Not drinking too much, staying away from every recreation drugs, and abstaining from toxic tobacco in all forms are also vital. I know too many people messed up or dead from these terrible habits.
