I will most definitely try--my 'net life has been particularly unbalnced lately. I need to hang with more martial artists and do less business. Candaneh--If you could do me a favour and let me know if there are any placxes I could place in Nova Scotia that would be way cool. You can PM me if you thi...

Looking for Places to play in Boston in August

No MA Content--Any Blues Venues in Boston? I posted this on Bill's Forum, but thought it would also be appropriate here. The last week in July I'm playing a Blues festival in NYC, and I have a opportunity to do a TV shoot in Boston the next week. I would like to find a venue to play while we are in ...

No MA Content--Any Blues Venues in Boston?

I would like to find a venue to play while we are in Boston so it won't cost us anything to get and stay there. Do any of you Bostonians have any suggestions ? or better still...

It seems to me that Sensei Heilman of the IKKF( http://www.enter.net/~ikkf/ikkf.html) once did a tekko kata at a demonstration.

He is one of the most knowledgeable kobudo people I have ever met. A nice dinner companion as well.

Now that would be a trip! Any help I can get would be great, it's been far too long since I lived in Boston, and my connections are all dead or missing  I'm actually trying to find a booking agent to book me in the US, so keep your fingers properly crossed. As for the shirt (I blush again) I g...

Honey I'm Home

I'm glad somebody remembered me. :D In answer to your various questions. I have moved to Moose Jaw (Saskatchewan--just turn right when you hit North Dakota) I came here to write a book on the place (Moose Jaw, People, Places, History 2001 Coteau Books) and kind of got stuck. I do still train, I have...

Cable Access

Hey Tony! It's good to be back! I'm glad to see that the cable companies are starting to get their collective acts together. In a few years we will all wonder how the hell we functioned at 56kbps. Speaking of which , I just got Net Moniter, a free utility from ZDnet that moniters your access speed, ...

So here I am, finally back on line with a cable modem. Man is it fast. I am thrilled. Downloads are so fasti don't even hae time to go get a cup of coffee. All those videos are a pleasure. It seems our Canadian cable providers are a bit more advanced than you poor folks south of the border. The serv...
