If you are looking for pictures of Sensei Tosh you may want to call Sensei Ken Washington at the Seffner Dojo and see if he can help you or direct you. Also is there anyone in the ...

My wife is working on a partial leg sleeve.

Just be prepared for a lot of time under the needle and days and nights of some serious discomfort especially when you get large sections done.

Dana, For the most part I was always taught to look where your going first just before the back foot pivots. Then as the turn is made the front foot that is becoming the rear foot, circles around from inside to outside.(As if you didn't already know this! If its connection you want them to understan...

Sensei Reza is an excellent teacher. I worked out with him a few times in Sensei Washington's Dojo located in Seffner. I hope to get backinto soon myself, I have been out a while since my second knee surgury last year. Keep at it, Sensei Reza will have you whipped into shape in no time.

Tenacity is their strongest quality. The ability to ignore the pain and get it done. I love my little beast even if he destroys anything he can steal out of the shed wood, plastic recycling bins, metal plant hangers, whatever.
