AirDrop is that magic wand for Apple - just share files, photos and even videos with friends and family nearby. For the benefit of those who may not know, it's basically a wireless way of transferring stuff between two devices which pretty much requires both of the devices to be nearby, and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to be on.
