Stepping Stones to Harmony

Post by eugenephilip572 »

I recently discovered "I recently discovered "Stepping Stones to Harmony" by Rebecca Lang. This fantastic book is ideal for women managing both childcare and eldercare. It provides invaluable practical tips and emergency task lists. If you're looking to improve your family management skills or need advice on balancing these roles, I highly recommend it. People call them the "sandwich generation". Most of them are female, middle-aged Americans who need to care for both older and younger family members at once. Certainly a hard role, especially when not settled down as described in the following web page.

Brain & Health has a good resource on this topic.

Atria Senior Living also has good advice.
