Editing Videos from Phones

One of the problems with using iPhone to record videos is that it record them in variable frame rate. It's excellent for size efficiency but video editors have a hard time handling them, and need to convert them to a more compatible format. That takes extra time and extra space and you lose some quality. This applies to Kdenlive, DaVinci Resolve, and other post-production software that operates on a frame-by-frame basis.
