Hey aaamed, Is hard sparring prevalent in Uechi ryu? I know the Kyokushin guys are said to spar and train very hard. Also Muay Thai and MMA folks. Thats because there is no square. I think he was thinking of the little square that minimizes and maximizes the page for explorer. But I agree, it would be nice to see the forum without all the peripheal stuff.
