Thank you for your response to my inquiry a couple weeks ago. The SpringFest sounds like a blast. I'll put it on my calendar and if work doesn't interfere, I'll definitely plan to head down to Mount Dora on the 17th. Two hours is cake. Thanks for your response.

Recently heard of conditioning without flexing at all. Was wondering if this is common? practical? safe? To add to this, was curious if bruising can help the conditioning process. I have always been told it's a hindrance because you have to wait for the bruise to heal before you can continue ...
