Just wanted to let you now I am officially bowing out of the Karate Loop. If you need assistance in communication on anything Karate based please contact, Shana-Head Administrator, Vicki and Bill our Head Teachers.

Not goodbye, but "au revoir." That translates more or less as "see you later on."

There's a lot going on there, and we don't need to talk about it here. But we all are under job pressures in this economy. It's a wonder any of us can make it without exercise of some sort.

I will be back later. I have too many things to do right now and I work 80 hours a week. The limited time I have free is geared towards my daughter. Once I am able to free up a little more time after getting into V.C.U. then I will see about coming back in. Until then ... I will at least be there in spirit.
